disgraceful

ordered an upgrade from vodafone, was to be delivered yesterday, my wife took the day off, she saw the driver pull up, when she got to the front door he was driving off, left the missed you card, but didn't knock door, she instantly phoned his given mobile phone number from the landline which went into answer phone, minutes after she hung up the phone rang, she answered, but he hung up, when she dialled 1471, it was the drivers mobile number......now i've been given tomorrow between 8am and 6pm.....that will be another whole day wasted waiting on a driver who really doesn't give a toss very unprofessional courier service.....i phoned the depot, to explain what happened and complain........just got the feeling of extreme lack of intrest on their part

Please accept my apologies for your experience. I have checked on the status of your delivery, and see that our customer services team have put a note on there for the driver to ensure they wait an ample amount of time for the door to be answered next time.
