My experience with misguided is the most disgusting customer service I have recieved in over 23 years!!!
Payment was taken from my account on an order I was told was out of stock.....how can this happen?!?! - Technical difficulties!
It has been over a month I have tried to be in contact with this company regarding the refund as the payment should of never been taken out of my account.
They are trying everything they can to avoid giving me my money back for an order I did not want!
I don't know how this company are still able to continue selling after reading all of these reviews, they should be shut down or charged for fraud!
I would recommend to never even look on this website or have card details saved on your PC when you do or you might end up charged for browsing - from a technical issue on their site!
I am now in contact with the bank regarding my refund.
Company is disgusting, customer service is disgusting, whole experience - DISGUSTING!!!!!!!!! Joke of a company.
