Bought 7 new Myson radiators but 3 of them arrived damaged, Plumbnation would not accept responsability because it was not reported within 7 days.
I didnt know they were damaged until the plumber was here to fit them, word of advice open all packaging as soon as you get your radiators incase the grilles are damaged like my ones.
I've had better online service from other retailers hence the 3 stars.
I bought a shower hose from this company a few months back now.
The hose was'nt up to much, the hose broke away from the fitting, and when i left negative feedback on their website it was not published, very poor that they cannot take a bit of criticism about it's faults, they only publish the good reviews on their own site.
I even got a customer care ticket sent through email, which said 'We Endeavour To Get Back To You Within 1 Working Day' 2 months later i'm still waiting.
I won't be using Shower Doctor again.
