Delivery estimate at least 6 weeks overdue from original date quoted. Only contact made was twice informing me about new expected delivery dates with no apologises.
Eventually arranged a delivery date, product did not arrive, then on contacting the whereabouts was informed it was booked in for the following week.
Delivery was upgraded, for the delivery men to unpack etc but on arrival they were not aware of that.
Having said all that the ordering was easy and product is of excellent quality.
Would I use again? Only if delivery was guaranteed.
I am very impressed with the professionallism of the company and in particular my adviser Chelsea, everything was explained in detail making the whole process stress free. The whole deal was done very quickly and I was kept up to date every step of the way.
