Ok firstly not impressed that everything about Pixmania leads you to believe it is based in the UK, Inc. VAT etc. but it’s not despite being part of the DSG group.
Ordered a ReadyNas NAS box on Thursday 9th August 2012. Despatched on Sat 11th so far not so bad. even though the offer stated on 19hrs left checking the following day still said the same. Again misleading!
Arrived at my home apparently 6:59am 13th August. Wrong we were all in the kitchen having breakfast from 6:40am until 7:20am if the door bell had rung or letterbox been knocked we would have known. No card through the door either strange. 13-08-2012 06:59:00 GB Attempt delivery failed - Item put physically in warehouse.
Tried to cancel and return but how can I return a product I did not receive. If courier attempts second delivery, we will refuse and then it should be returned to Pixmania. Cheap prices yes but cost in being based in France for returns etc outweigh the benefits. In addition, the Customer care number that came up after I tried to resend the return email had a fault (BT message) had a fault or is not used your guess is as good as mine..
