No customer service

I ordered takeaway, nothing turned up for 2 hours. I tried to call restaurent several time but no answer. Finally after waiting 3 hours, I left house to get pizza. I complained to Hungry house to get my money back. No answer from them as well.

I should have stick to Just eat

Hi Rish, Thanks for your feedback. I'm sorry that you had a bad experience with your order. Although it can sometimes take our customer care team a few days to respond to issues, this is not the norm. Unfortunately we cannot make sure that the restaurant will answer the phone when you call regarding orders. Obviously this is not good business practice and we will follow this up with them.

Should you give us another chance in the future, we now have a live chat facility which you can access via our Facebook team. This allows you to contact our customer care team directly when you have a live order issue such as this one.
