Delivery clearly had marked in the box fragile, but us was still chucked over a 6 foot gate. Miracle it wasn't smashed. Although this wasn't directly havens fault they do employ the delivery firm and need to rethink that relationship.

You are right, whilst we have no control over the actions of the individual delivery drivers, the service they provide is reflected on us, good and bad.
We do monitor the breakage and losage by our 3 main couriers and in percentage terms it is very small, I am pleased to say.
However we like things to be perfect and I will raise your comments with City Link who were the courier on this occasion.
