Excellent service and customer support
We use Electroquip in Sittingbourne to source all our pneumatic parts and spares. Their product knowledge is first class and their customer service is outstanding. Nothing is too much trouble.

Lead times and stock availability not made clear on website
Disappointed to learn that after paying for the item, it was was not available for 2 weeks. Should be notified of lead time and/or availability on website prior to paying for the product.

I would like to say in our defense that in this case the manufacturers were out of stock and we sent you an email shortly after receiving your order to say that the steps would take 12 to 14 days and gave you the option to cancel your order. You replied " Thanks for letting me know. 12 to 14 days delivery time will be fine.
