I made a mistake when ordering a new charger for my laptop and ordered the wrong one. I informed slamtech customer service and they were very polite in our exchange which they cleared up immediately. My new charger arrived quickly. Overall, even though it was 100% my mistake, this company had no qualms about sorting it out for me.
