never again

very disappointed, i will never book again with this company. i bought a ticket in may, i even paid an insurance to be covered in case i can not make it to the flight on the date. i gave them enough time and from 139 wich i paid for the ticket. they offer me 15. i could' nt believe my eyes. the way they deal with the customers, unbelievable, i can not find my words so disapointed i am.. never again

I'm very sorry to hear that you are disappointed with the amount of the refund offered by the airline regarding your cancellation.

I hope you can appreciate that as we act as an intermediary between the airline and the client we are subject to all the airline's decisions regarding schedule changes, cancellation, refunds. The amount of refund varies from airline to airline and ticket type to ticket type.

If you have taken out our No Problem insurance this may protect you in certain cases in the event of cancelling your ticket, such as illness or injury. When requesting any form of refund we would ask you to carefully read the terms and conditions in order to check if you qualify and then telephone the insurance company directly in order to start a case inquiry, as is the procedure.

If you are covered under the policy then the insurance company will deal with you directly regarding the refund. If you are not covered then the refund offered will be the standard one offered by the airline.
