Recently brought a Bosch Vacuum cleaner from you .
When it arrived the box was badly battered and yards of brown Parcel tape were wrapped around it to hold the box in one piece.
I was naturally concerned that this NEW PRODUCT looked like a return item.
The Delivery man said that he thought it looked like a returned item and advised that I took some pictures for a record of how the item had arrived.
I checked off the contents before I would let the Delivery man leave-and they all appeared there.
The product itself has been used to vac the whole house twice now and -(touch wood), appears to function fine.
Question remains: Where had the item been in the previous days leading to delivery , and why was the Box and packaging so badly damaged ???

We can confirm the stock for your order was a new boxed appliance as it arrived from our Bosch suppliers despatched from our main warehouse. We do not despatch orders where the packing is obviously seriously damaged, however unfortunately on occasion orders can be damaged in transit.
We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and will speak to the carriers concerned regarding their driver’s comments, and the condition of the packing. We are pleased that they gave you the opportunity to inspect it before they left, and that it seems to be undamaged and in working order.
