I arranged for a parcel to be collected, P2G gave me a 12 hour collection window, 8am-8pm. The driver did not arrive and presently, one week later, I still have the parcels sat on my kitchen side but P2G took the payment and have not given me a refund despite being told 4 times since last Thursday (today is Weds) that it would be processed. I took an unpaid day's leave from work, had to unpackage and repackage the item and still don't have my money back. They do not have a telephone number, you can only contact them via Facebook or their Live Chat on their website.

This is the first time I have used Boohoo and I was pleasantly surprised - the products I bought were of fantastic quality and a really great price, the standard delivery was really fast. I will definitely be using Boohoo again, and again and again and reccommending it to my friends.
