Missguided

Just checked my order status.......

I ordered some shoes but i when i checked the order status a few hours later online it read: the order (number) is closed.
Then underneath that it says that the order is being processed but apparently the order details has a 1 next to the quantity on the refunds.

I've checked my paypal account and i have been charged, so what is going on here? Was the item that i ordered out of stock and is this why it shows up as being refunded in my misguided account order details?

I've also ordered another item but as this order hasn't been processed yet i hope i actually receive it. After reading all these comments on here i'm abit concerned now as i havn't received any confirmation emails from misguided. The only emails i have got are the ones from paypal showing that i've been charged for both items i ordered.
