Eventhough the correct details were put in -in the first place -the site still did not recognise the password. New Password was (reset) supplied by Inkubus, but I was still unable to access my account. I must have wasted 45 minuits just trying to place and order.
So note to anyone wanting to place and order it would save time ordering through the "one off" order route, because in the end thats what I needed to do.- and will probably use this method of ordering to ensure I can place an order. The other method does not work!.
