I really was impressed with the whole process, from the user friendly website (just a couple of clicks and you are done) then the continuous updates via email on the progress, that totally met my expectations to receiving the envelope and the cheque.

So efficient and reliable, it's a shame it's such a surprise when companies do what they promise!!
