Very Helpful
I telephoned to order a spare part for my Triton shower.
The young lady was very professional and so helpful.
I received text messages informing me of dispatch. The item was received next day.
I had to call for some screws and the gentleman advised me where to get them from.
Excellent customer service.

I was impressed by the offer of 50% off. Chose the card. Nowhere to enter the discount code. I rang to complain, the guy wasn't interested. very poor customer service.

Handy Size to keep in handbag
As I normally use a tri walker, I have bought this item to keep in my handbag to give me support.
It does seem a little flimsy, but I suppose I will get used to it. I am 5'9" and really this is quite shirt.
I will only be used when necessary.
