ordered wedding invitations and approved them online, a light brown colour with easily readable black text. they arrive dark chocolate brown so its hard to read the text without tilting the invites to catch the light. awful and not what I ordered at all according to the online proof. they refuse to reprint them at first, refuse to refund, then agreed to partially refund less p&p, then refused to do that and credited the vistaprint account less p&p and less upload fee. appauling attitudes and appauling service. going to trading standards. I just want to forget this place and get my invites somewhere that cares about their customers. By far the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. keep your money and save yourself a headache. they've ruined my shoestring wedding, now im out £20 for the invites and £100 for the design, have to find more invites and have to redesign the entire thing so I can print them elsewhere as they were custom designed for vistaprints sizing.
