Appalling delivery methods. Not the first time either...

I cannot stress how frustrated I am with My Protein, yet again! The products from this company are usually excellent but the delivery methods are quite frankly shocking. Once again I've ordered from them and paid for next day delivery only for it not to arrive when I needed it and with the tracking information broken on Yodel (apparently there is nothing they can do about this for 14 days)?!?

I bought products on their site last Thursday for a Friday delivery, I could have gone elsewhere but I didn't. It's now Monday and still nothing. I am training for the London Marathon and I've already had 3 broken supplement days to my training programme. I now need to fork out more money and replace everything they've 'not sent'. Yodel advised me that My Protein are yet to ship the products as it is showing as uncollected on their systems, so what happened to my request for next day? This is a total sham and appalling way to treat customers. After my first bad experience I decided to stick with them, I will not be coming back after this.

My Protein sorted my problem within minutes of me posting this review. I received the goods the following day as promised. I'm thankful of a good response and this being fixed within a timely manner. As this is the second time I've encountered problems with ordering and delivery, lets see if My Protein can deliver on a 3rd attempt! Fingers crossed for a great service as their products are really quite good.

I ordered an 'instock' item and paid for their next day delivery service. I then had to chase the following day as nothing arrived, I was then told this item was not in stock and they could not tell me when it would arrive to their warehouse. The next email I receive was telling me my item had been dispatched but they could not supply tracking information as the delivery method did not give them this option. This was 5 business working days ago and I've still not received my order. Their customer service is useless, when working. This is probably the worst company I have ever used and I will not be returning. Appalling.
