The biggest problem with this site is that the restaurant can rate themselves. Twice I've bought curries through this site and twice the meal that arrived was terrible. Girlfriend's Korma was drowning in grainy soupy, the few pieces of chicken were really poor quality. The Rogan I had; the lamb was tough, again swimming in sauce which was so greasy I couldn't finish it. 2 different restaurants, 2 awful takeaways. When I left a negative review of the 1st restaurant I was bombarded with calls from them, the restaurant also pretended to be me to try and have the review removed. When I checked the review was still there it was followed by a load of 5 star reviews with no text.
If this isn't the restaurant trying to bring their score up, I don't know what it is and if you can't trust the reviews to be impartial, what's the point in using a site like this?
I won't be using Just Eat again and have urged my friends to avoid it as well.
