The French way of customer Service at govoyage.com - simply none. Booked my flight in April for August and wanted to change it early May. Requested this in their online application. Silence. e-mail after e-mail but with no response. Oh, wait. There was one. Saying "thanks for your request but we need your booking reference (which was mentioned about 3 times in the e-mail an reference) and the desired new dates (which were of course also mentioned before). After 3 month I receive an answer saying it costs 250 € p Person to rebook + the difference in the ticket price. 1 month prior to departure the ticket price had of course almost doubled.
Then, 7 days before departing I receive a mail saying. "Be prepared your flight to X (where they actually mentioned the departing city!!) leaves in 4 days". I tried to contact them wtf this was about but...guess what. French silence!
Crappiest online flight booking ever. NEVER!
