Ordered this on 11th july
BenQ G2222HDL 54.6 cm (21.5") LED LCD Monitor - 16:9 - 5 ms - Adjustab said i would have delivery within 11 to 12 working days so i was expecting it friday 27th july.
I rang wae+ on friday 27th for my tracking code and they told me it would be dispatched on monday 30th so i would get my tracking code then.I rand them back at 3.30pm on the monday and they told me that they were having delivery problems and i would not get it until thursday 2nd of august.
I then rang on the thursday and asked where abouts was my delivery and they told me that the item had been discontinued and would i like a similar product.I said yes but asked for a guaranteed deliver date.
BenQ G2255 54.6 cm (21.5") LCD Monitor - 16:9 - 5 ms they give me tuesday 7th for my delivery.I rang on monday 6th for my tracking code only to be told that the olympics had caused a back log at ups the delivery company and it would not be delivered until the 9th of august.At this point i cancelled my order and asked for a refund which im still waiting for.
THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY PUT IT IN THERE ACCOUNT AND MAKE INTEREST ON IT.
OK £87 IS NOT MUCH BUT IF THEY DO THIS TO 100 PEOPLE A DAY YOU WORK IT OUT FOR YOURSELF.
SOMETHING SHOULD BE DONE ABOUT COMPANIES LIKE WAE+
