Prompt but costly delivery service

Was rather miffed to be told that I would have to pay an extra £20 to have my order delivered to the Highlands. Also, when my order arrived, the attached receipt had been amended (by hand) to add "and Highlands" after the pre-printed statement about extra delivery charges to the Islands. Is Inverness really so inaccessible for DJkit goods? - or perhaps after taking the £20 they realised they had made a mistake (as I had suggested to them at the outset), but chose to keep my money anyway?
