Hallmark has let me down big time, ordered my three special Christmas cards 9th December 2013 it is now 20th December 2013 sent 7 emails to customer service and no reply, I have used them for a long time but this now sadly is the end I will never use them again. What a huge let down Hallmark.
I always shop with very as it is good customer service and at times can be the cheapest of the Internet and lower than the high street, plus most items will be with you the next day, it's great also that you can spread the cost, I have bought thousands of pounds worth of items over the years and I could not live without them.
I was sent a bill for my Gas because I changed supplier there is only two of us that live in the house, we had a bill for one months gas £800 I had to argue with them, then I had a threatening call from India telling me I have to pay the bill today or he was sending it to debt collectors very rude person that I could not understand. How dare they do this without sorting the problem with a wrong bill even wrong meter readings. I have paid the bill in full
Contacted customer service about this Travelodge however I am sorry I can't give this Travelodge a high score. I was told by customer service that they have very high standards however in the case of the new Travelodge in Kidderminster, sorry to say this is not the case. With being 5 mins in the room we was shocked that the shower head was very dirty, behind the room door it had never been hoovered, window ledge with black dust and the carpet had not been hoovered for our stay, I do have photo's of this and I did pass them onto customer service for them to rectify, as this is a new build there is no excuse for this. Also all the doors slam very hard and woke us up in the early hours, as they are fire doors they do need to be adjusted. After this experience sorry to say we will no longer use any Travelodge or recommend we will be using another large chain stay in the future. Customer service sent me another email to say they take it seriously and passed the complaint on to the management in Kidderminster but no explanation or to say sorry and explain the reasons however I do have to say that other Travelodge in the UK we have used has been fine and we have enjoyed a many of a stay however at this time we just feel so let down by customer service and Kidderminster Travelodge.
I looked all over the Internet to get a good quote for my two iphones, fonebank.com gave the best quote, I am always stricked on reading reviews and the reviews was good. Another point I needed a company to trust, filled out the details on thier website and it was very easy, packed the phones up, they did not want chargers or anything, posted the phones, they got them the next day and payment paid the same day. Perfect service, what they quoted is what they paid. I recommend fonebank without a doubt.
