I ordered a blouse from Missguided last year I think it was and had 2 problems with it, I ordered a size 12 and got delivered a 10 even though the outer packaging said 12, because of this I wanted a refund and to send it back but like so many others here got no reply-useless. Also I had ordered it for next day delivery but it came after 3 days. This is not good enough. Regrettably I did not follow up the complaint as it seemed more hassle than it was worth, I wish I had now.
also you need to sort out the quality of your products as a dress I ordered before had terrible stitching and the fabric was poor quality. You alsoneed to stop taking money off of people for their orders straight away only to send an Email hours later saying the item is out of stock, surely it is not that difficult to stop people ordering an item when the last one has been sold.
Sort it out MissGuided, you have some lovely clothes and it's such a shame that you can't provide a decent service.
