Basic car over priced
The collection at the desk was speedy but deceiving. Simply asked to electronically sign a blank screen only to discover later had been charged for unwanted excess insurance. I already jd an annual policy for this. Check out in the parking lot was rude and slow. Assistant would not Mark the scratched we pointed out pm our document ad he said they did not matter. We only have his word for this!! Car was not clean.
