And the flab just keeps falling off. I can't believe how easy it is ... I'd done the maths and worked out that to lose 16lbs at a rate of 1 - 2lbs a week would take me 2 to 3 months, but after 1 week i've already lost a quarter of my target. I'm sure it'll slow down next week, but I'm loving it so far. It's so easy with all the meals being prepared for me, and really tasty. I'm also getting to try foods I'd never tried before .... bring on week 2.
