entropay charge nearly 5% to load card from a credit card this is an atrocious amount.
Feedback is quite quick, but several times money has been removed from my cards because they do not take the full amount away in the first place and this takes quite a while to show purchases on your cards.
If there were a cheaper alternative i would use them but at the moment am stuck with entropay.
Ordered my lenses late Sunday and had them by Tuesday, recommended to all my family who all experienced wonderful services!
After using other providers who take weeks to deliver it good to find a company who's so efficient!
Sold 3 mobiles, had no trouble getting payment for the cheaper 2 the iPhone however somehow got lost, even though it was in the sane envelope as the other 2 phones! 30 emails later I finally got it sorted but they were very accusing of me and wouldn't take responsibility as it was sent from a post box even though they received they other 2 in the same envelope!

I just wanted to add that our main goal is to be Simple, Instant & Global, and we are totally upfront on our fees - there are no hidden extras. I understand that our fees may not be attractive to everyone but I can only hope that people appreciate the simplicity and convenience factor of having an EntroPay virtual Visa card.
