No problems, great cusomer service
I've ordered multiple towel radiators from these guys and a complete shower room (toilet, sink, cubicle, tray, table) Delivery and communication was good. A month after fitting, I noticed a crack in the sink but as I hadn't started using the room, it couldn't have been something falling on it. A few emails and photos later and I had a new sink sent next day delivery. (This was during the bad snows)
Can't fault them, would use again and recommend to others.

Item not in stock, no sign of refund
Ordered a hob that was supposedly in stock, with 3 day delivery. Company couldn't deliver after all and order was cancelled. They confirmed cancellation but have not refunded the payment which they took immediately. By the looks of other reviews, this is modus operani
for them, take your cash and hold on to it for as long as possible with no actual stock. Avoid like plague.
ISS accreditation has now been withdrawn and trading standards are investigating them.
