We booked valet parking at Stansted and when we called to say we'd arrived, the provider (Meteor) had no record of our looking4parking booking. Luckily the driver agreed to come and meet us and luckily I had 2 copies of the paperwork, so he agreed to honour the booking and took a copy back to his office for proof. On the return journey, everything was fine.
This is our first negative experience of using looking4parking so I would still consider using the website.

Once a booking is made through our site, an order is automatically placed on our system and on Meteors'. I have spoken to the manager and he confirms that they have since located your booking. He offers his sincere apologies for this error.
