An absolute disaster - avoid at all costs
Absolutely the worst customer service possible. I ordered an iPhone and the delivery driver stole it. Did CW lift a finger to help - not at all.
In the end I had to track down the CCTV footage from my building and get it reviewed by the police in order to prove that it hadn't been lost and their courier had in fact taken it.
Avoid these people at all costs.

Stealing via massive booking fees
It looks like they offer cheap prices, but this is not the case at all. Once you get to the checkout screen you'll find a massive booking fee - in my case £26! followed by a postage fee and a card fee.
Essentially it's robbery, if tickets had been available elsewhere I would have purchased them rather than enable these disgusting people to profit from others misfortune.
