Told to return car with full tank at paphos airport
Returned car with full tank as I was told initially when I took the car from the airport that I need to return with a full tank, It had a full tank when I drove off. Told that my credit card wiill be credited with the petrol amount when I return car. Returned car, dropped keys off at quick drop car park. No person present?. Returned to UK yet to receive refund? Will only use Auto Europe again if I get my petrol money back.

Thank you for your comments, the terms of your rental shows that the vehicles are collected with a full tank of fuel and are to be returned empty. This procedure is now often used by the car hire suppliers. The ‘full-empty’ policy will be displayed in the Auto Europe voucher, however upon collecting your vehicle you are asked to sign a rental agreement from the supplier, if you do still this paperwork the fuel policy will be stated. If you have been provided with a full – full agreement then please contact our customer service team on customerservice@auto-europe.co.uk and they will take this matter up with Europcar on your behalf.
