absolutely disappointed - did not deliver when I had ordered 5 days in advance

Ordered a bouquet for my wifes 60th birthday 5 days in advance and received an email that they were on their way, so after waiting all day and checking in with reception discovered that they had not even been shipped - THANKS for ruining my wifes gift, I will not be using you again for anything important, and offering to deliver them two days later was of no help....
ABOLUTELY DISGRACEFUL.....
