Excellent personal service.

From the very start of our booking, our agent, Claire Wardle, was superb and very understanding. She bent over backwards to accommodate our, at times quite demanding, requests. The booking process was smooth and everything was explained from the start and any questions we had were answered either straight away or by a return call or email. As the holiday approach she kept us informed and wished us well. The travel company, Western Oriental and their partners in Bali 'Bali Tours', also need credit and praise. Totally not expected was the personal touch on arrival and contact throughout the holiday, without being intrusive. Special mention to Resi-thank you all very much.
