Telepathic and speedy service
I ordered some prints online for the first time, got a bit confused by the order interface, too many options, but then again it was late and they offer a great range of products. Managed to get the finish wrong on 2 and they emailed me in an instant, asked me to confirm the order they suspected was possibly incorrect, changed the finish and sent out the prints in double quick time. I am going to use them again and again. The sample pack I ordered was terrific, my girlfriend has also ordered one and we are busy with Lightroom getting some decent shots tidied up and ready for the wall. A great service.
