I actually think this company is heading for a police investigation.
Instead of pressing the bell, the idiot delivery person has thrown it onto the stone ground over a gate. The item was faulty. Probably due to being smashed against the ground.

How sad to see 'BRITISH' associated with these fucking shysters.
I've waited 4 months for a phone to be installed. Lost £2560 in loss of earnings and frankly, you'd be better off giving your money to a Nigerian scam artist because then at least you know you've been screwed. With BT they don't even tell you when it's time to admit defeat.

9 days ago I received an email stating I was going to be paid. So far, nothing.
I may have to use the small claims court in order to make an example of Zapper.
I ordered a table and some lighting.
They quoted a 10 week delivery time.
My bill stated 21 weeks max delivery time.
My bank account has been neatly emptied of the full cost of both items.
It doesn't take an economist to work out what that means.
