Damaged product

The only problem I had was the jacket I ordered was damaged, it had a small cut on the front and I had to take it into the shop for an exchange which defeats the purpose of ordering on line.

Thanks for the feedback and apologies about the damaged item. Please note that the item can also be returned by courier/Royal Mail for a free exchange if visiting a shop isn't convenient.
