Waited in all day on Saturday for a parcel to be collected, and it never happened. When I contacted Interparcel they offered no apologies. They offered to rebook but with no concessions for the fact that I had already been inconvenienced, simply because I hadn't paid for a premium service. Apparently customer service at this company only extends to answering a phone call, unless you pay them more money.
Will never use them again.
In addition to supplying fantastic quality and absolutely delicious meat, their customer service is amonst the best I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with - and I am VERY fussy when it comes to how people treat me! They follow through on their promises, and do anything they can to ensure that their customers are looked after.
And the quality of the meat they sell is great!
I cannot speak highly enough of these guys.
