poor delivery - sent to wrong address
Delivery - very poor clearly stated on order form our full name,
address and post code. Had to collect my order from the incorrect
address where the parcel was delivered. Paid for postal did not get the service.

We are sorry if the courier service caused the customer some frustration and inconvenience. Unfortunately on this occasion two roads which run on from another have almost the same name and the driver made a rare mistake on this occasion. A collection from the incorrect address and deliver back to the correct address was offered to the customer but was advised as this was down the road the customer was happy to collect. We are sorry the customer feels let down on this occasion.
