1st of all, I don't really write reviews, but after receiving exceptional service, this is the least I could do....


I couldn't wait to write this review regarding my purchase experience with BeautyCow, I purchased the Mk4 GHD Hair straighteners as a gift for my sister, they were to be posted within 48hrs by Royal Mail... But somehow they didn't arrive, even though Royal Mail tracking online stated 'parcel delivered'. 
I spoke to BeautyCow as I was concerned about non receipt, plus I wanted them ASAP, they assured me they would deal with Royal Mail, and another set would be sent out priority post... I received them within 24hrs as promised... 'THANK YOU' BeautyCow for restoring my faith in online shopping... I'll definitely be recommending you, and shopping with you again...
