I ordered something in error and only realised later that evening I'd bought the wrong item after I read an email confirmation saying the item was ready for despatch. Sent them a web message asking if they could change my order (not expecting it could) but the next morning I received a friendly email saying it was no problem and my order would be changed and posted out that day. What a refreshing change to have great customer service online. Highly recommend this firm.
