Order was supposed to take 3-4 days. After 13 days still nothing. Delivery company is some unknown outfit - what is wrong with Royal Mail. Everything they do is about "what we can't do" such as emails stating "if it's in stock we will try and dispatch" negative language.
So, I've now been told I must wait 2-3 days for my customer service email to be replied to.
These people need to wake up - it's 2013, you can get everything online now in 24 hours - 13 days is 1970 standard!!!!
Unless I get a full refund, I'll be taking them to county court.
Do not use them.
What utter, utter shysters.
I pay them. They bombard me with welcome letters. Welcome texts. Welcome emails. (fine)
Engineer comes, tells me he needs to return in a few hours. Never does. No broadband.
SUDDENLY, NO welcome texts/emails, no checks to see how my service is doing.
Can't be reaches!!!!
I like to be kissed before I am screwed
This pathetic company will NEVER hit the big time. It's amateur hour, the business model stinks. They have such an ugly, messy user interface that feels like 1999 HTML and the number of accounts and types is so damn confusing I doubt even the staff (if they employ staff?) understand them.

Reputation.com is a bad company. The staff work in the nude. The office is smelly because it's next to a farm. They claim to include free ice-cream with all orders but they only send small tubs of vanilla. The website can see inside your bedroom and it has an x-ray feature that allows it to spy on your pets.

Ordered broadband. They did not have an engineer for 6 weeks to install a line. Apparently they have a severe shortage due to the weather.
Engineer arrived but was unable to install broadband / phone because they had not installed a line to the street. (busy part of London, cable and BT is everywhere)
Another 2 week wait for an engineer.
Forget all the millions they spend on advertising. They DO NOT WANT to gain customers or make money.

Oh my God.
I expected a nice bed and mattress. What I got was beautiful. Like something from a palace bedroom. Great quality wood, hand crafted, mattress fit for a queen. Dennis from the Camden branch was really helpful.
What a BED!
After the payment left my bank account, no welcome email, no updates, nothing.
Just a vague timescale of about 3 months.
Their business model seems to be based around the concept that you build a really enticing website and after getting customers money upfront you take months to deliver enjoying the money and interest being in the company accounts... while the customer has nothing.

I sent a box of items in excellent condition but 2 items were 'rejected' as being 'damaged' (no reason given) and I will never see them again and won't get paid. Both were hardback biographies I'd never even read!
If I was into conspiracy theories I'd suggest that some companies might 'factor in' to their business plan the refusal of certain items, on purpose to bulk up profits but I have no evidence to suggest Zapper do this in any way.
Please note: If anyone is thinking "maybe they were in poor condition, he is just wrong", believe me - for the sake of a few pence, I have no reason to waste my time sending a box of items that I know will get refused. We are talking the cost of half a cheese sandwich. In fact, it cost me more in time to prepare the box and take to post office than the money I get back.

We were ripped off by Trip Advisor. The photos of the hotel turned out to be fake. When we told Trip Advisor (3 times) - they failed to take any action and STILL let people book.

We booked Paris Hotel Tonic Du Louvre. When we arrived we noticed the reception/rooms were NOT the same as the picture. The rooms were filthy and run down with obnoxious staff.
Trip Advisor ARE STILL allowing people to book based on this wrong info. You can find reviews from unhappy customers all over the web.

My God, you'd think ITV would employ a decent team. They are big enough. Yet, since day 1 this failure of a player has never worked properly. The streaming, even with excellent broadband is patchy, the picture quality varies from good to poor.
However, the big flaw (has nobody at ITV tested this?) is that the adverts come up each time you skip ahead, past a segment of the programme. This is wrong. It should show adverts after a certain amount of time just like on TV, NOT because you have moved ahead. So, in theory they don't want you to skip ahead too much and if you do they will penalize you by making you watch a few adverts first.

Their bills are so confusing that you need an engineering degree to understand them.
They waste paper and damage the environment sending out glossy leaflets that ramble on about nothing with stupid cartoon style imagery.
Their prices are only high because they are badly managed and the executive board is greedy.

My order went well - until delivery day.
Vodafone have stupidly given the delivery contract to some shambles of an outfit called DPD who (going by thousands of similar experiences) are a complete liability.
No phone, no reply, nothing.
Wasted a day spent waiting for nothing.
I'm off to another provider.

They sent me a text message stating delivery would be 22 Oct. I waited in all day for nothing. This date was wrong. Eventually, their tracking system decided to update itself and give me further info.
It is little things like this that put you off using companies like this. DHL and City Link have never let me down.
