I placed the order online – no problem. Emails advising acceptance and payment – good. However, the status of the order as shown in my account showed 'processing' even after the item had been delivered! Knowing (roughly) when a deliveryu is due to be made is important to me so I was a little disappointed to find there is no parcel tracking facility ... indeed, as the order was still being shown as 'processing' on the day the package was due, I had doubts that the parcel had, in fact, been posted the day before, which meant I had to stay in on the off chance that the parcel would be delivered when it should have been.
Absolutely no problems ordering or benefitting from next day delivery. However, it would be helpful if delivery tracking could be introduced as the driver didn't call in advance as requested. It would be good if prices could be *substantially* reduced when complete sets of toners, image drums, etc., are ordered.
