I ordered two Velux Windows ONLINE on Wednesday 1st August as part of an energy combination pack including flashings. Price with delivery charges was competitive with other online offerings. Delivered on Monday 6th of August by TNT - well packed on a pallet and shrinkwrap. Arrived in good condition. The website is easy to work with and has helpful information documentation for the specific products available to download in PDF format.
I received updating emails aknowledging purchase and advising of despatch and expected delivery with track and trace information too.
I would be very happy if all transactions with all companies were to this standard and now that I have used Roofing Superstore once I would be more confident about using them again in the future and plan to do just that.
