Previous purchases acceptable

Previously ordered a large order with this company and had no problems, but sadly my 2nd order had issuses, ordered on line, clicked on delivery for a cost and came up as free so ordered goods, 1 week down the line and i emailed to see when my goods would be delivered only to receive an email saying goods would not be delivered until £129.99 postage was paid, my first goods were delivered free of charge also on the web site it advertises free delivery if your order is over £400. Not very happy !!!
