The items I ordered were delivered quickly and I saved @40% off Vet prices for my cat's insulin syringes.
I ordered 10x2.5ml caninsulin for my cat costing £49.22. the first batch didn't arrive on time and was delivered with second after sitting in warm post office had perished. The second batch arrived and they only sent me one bottle when I should have had ten. This involved, countless angry phone calls,staying in for three days as we didn't know when it would be delivered. I am totally frustrated and angered by this awful service. I am still waiting for the rest of my insulin or a refund.
I have since been told that my prescription didn't state ten bottles. However they still charged me for ten without informing me!!! Now there is the added stress of having a prescription changed/waiting for refund etc. This has cost a week of expensive phone calls, watching for the post and wasted prescription costs. I can't even get my original prescription back.
The telephone staff are really nice and helpful but the service has been absolutely terrible and so,so very stressful.
