Keurig price can't be beat, fast delivery, BBB Rated "F"

I was a bit hesitant to order from this company since the Keurig coffee maker prices were so significantly lower ($50 less) than anywhere else. It sounded too good to be true when they showed up in a Google Price Comparison/Shopping display. Since the ratings were overall positive for this website on Google reviews, I placed my order.

Although if I would have seen the other reviews on Trustpilot prior to placing my order, I would have never ordered. It seems others have had major problems and there are some questionable delivery practices. Not sure I would order again based on other reivews. Sounds like I lucked out!

For my order, I am very satisfied. My order was processed promptly. It was exactly what I ordered. I received it within 3 business days.

The only area for improvement is the tracking number A tracking number was provided. However, they did not indicate what shipping vendor was used (USPS, UPS, FedEx, Diehl, etc) nor was the tracking number hot linked to the shipper's site. I eventually found the shipping vendor by trying to track the number at each shipper's site.
