City Link Missing from Chain !!!

Left a note for city link to leave delivery in safe locked place - they didn't do thay but left a note saying it would be delivered again the next day betwee 0730 + 1730. stayed in all day , even saw the van go past - no delivery. Called - on hold for 20 mins - no answer, emailed - no reply withinn the twelve hours they aim to reply. Called again the next day - " Oh all I can do is apologise blah blah blah" Still no delivery - now scheduled for tomorrow sometime ..... Cr@p.
