This is a disgrace of a company like many reviews on here this is not the first time that i have had problems - the last time was only a couple of weeks ago first they said tried to deliver and left a card mmmm no you didnt i was in my front garden which is tiny and so couldnt have sneaked past and there was NO card!!!!
I have taked tomorrow of work to take delivery as pre arranged with yodel for 2 beds - they have just informed me they will now only be bringing 1 bed even though both are there - there customer service line or lack of is a joke they have told me to call back 5 times today and still no further on ...... WHY are so many companies using them for a delivery service they are a joke
