Great items but disappointed by delivery service

Really pleased with the items I ordered. Good price and good quality. Just disappointed with the delivery service as ordered a couple of minutes after the 2pm deadline shown online, paid extra for next day delivery via Royal Mail Special Delivery but the items didn't arrive until 2 days later. When I queried this with Character.com I received an email saying their dispatch cutoff is 1pm - their Delivery Policy on their website states 2pm!? Will use again, just won't trust the delivery policy on the site.
