Ordered 6 seated cube set with parasol back in April. Here it is June and during during a nice Sunday lunch with family the glass top shattered from the parasol being caught by a breeze. Contacted Customer services to enquire about replacement and even on a Sunday they responded and offered a replacement free of charge. Now awaiting delivery. Thanks Customer Service!!
They delivered glass on date promised and the new glass even has improvements (centre support for parasol) from last one. Thanks again!
The orders are delivered instantaneously but when you have a problem with the product and contact Customer Support their service is really lacking. You have to continuously have to prod them and are only replied with computer generated customer care e-mail templates with what looks like little hope of resolve.
